Charlie started with Don Basch Jewelers in August of 2020. He came to us with over 20 years of customer service experience. There isn’t a person that comes through our doors that Charlie isn’t willing to help in any way that he can, especially when it comes to their jewelry repair needs.

Charlie is a Northeast Ohioan, through and through! He attended Ohio State University and is a fanatic when it comes to the Buckeyes, Browns, Guardians and Cleveland Monsters! He enjoys spending time with family and giving his three fur babies Sadie, Faith and Remy as much attention as he possibly can, and also loves to be on his motorcycle. If you have ever seen our videos on social media of our new location being built, Charlie is the drone pilot behind those videos.
